چکیده

The leaching behaviors of gold and silver from a complex sulfide concentrate in copper-tartrate-thiosulfate solutions were investigated this paper. Experimental parameters, including temperature, initial pulp pH, concentration copper, tartrate, thiosulfate, systematically studied. system exhibits promising performance dealing with the concentrate. Thiosulfate consumption could be greatly reduced due to in-situ generation thiosulfate derived sulfur or disulfide ions. Increasing temperature concentrations can promote leaching. A low tartrate content moderate increase copper accelerate leaching, but higher may depress extraction. suitable pH is critical for solutions. An extraction 74.50% Au 36.33% Ag was obtained direct concentrate, while percentages significantly increased up 82.60% 70.38%, respectively, when calcine following oxidative roasting pretreatment. recycling demonstrates that free great significance maintaining stability novel system. As an alternative traditional cyanide copper-ammonia-thiosulfate processes, provides environmentally friendly, nontoxic, relatively low-cost method ores concentrates.

KINETIC STUDIES FOR GOLD LEACHING OF A REFRACTORY SULFIDE CONCENTRATE BY CHLORIDE–HYPOCHLORITE SOLUTION

In this paper, gold leaching of a refractory sulfide concentrate by chloride–hypochlorite solution was investigated and effects of stirring speed, temperature and particle size on the leaching rate were reported. Experimental data for leaching rate of gold were analyzed with the shrinking–core model. Results were consistent with chemical reaction control mechanism in the first 1 h of leachin...

Recovery of Gold, Silver, Copper and Niobium from Printed Circuit Boards Using Leaching Column Technique

Nowadays, over 300 tons of Au are used in electronic equipment each year with other precious and strategic metals such as Ag, Pt, Pd, Cu, Nb, Ta, etc.. After the use-phase, the electronic devices become electronic waste (e-waste); consequently it is important to consider e-waste as a secondary supply for the recovery of these metals. This paper presents the recovery of Au, Ag, Cu and Nb from PC...

Leaching of Gold and Silver from Crushed Au-Ag Wastes

Au-Ag noble metal wastes represent a wide range of waste types and forms with various ballast elements and components. The thiourea process of gold and silver extraction from ores, concentrates or secondary raw materials consists of gold and silver leaching into the thiourea solution and the consequent precipitation of these metals from the solution. Due to the non-toxic character of thiourea i...

Preparation of nano silver powder from acid leaching tail in gold room

According to the unique properties and many applications of nano silver powder, it was prepared from acid leaching tail solution. The low value residual gold and silver ions were occurred with fellow heavy metals as pollutants (Fe2+, Cu 2+ and Zn2+) in acid leaching tail solution in Mouteh gold mine in Iran. Preparation of nano silver particles was achieved in two steps: first, by addition of a...
